We'll start the day with yoga flow with the fabulous Hazel from the Yoga Tree, followed by a nourishing breakfast to fuel our bodies.

Prepare to be inspired by Author and Minister4Happiness Aislinn Cambridge as she presents a mindset and manifestation workshop, where you will learn practical tools to bring your dreams to life.

Improve your culinary skills and Nutritional knowledge with the fabulous Jen O'Callaghan Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach as she carries out a nutritious summer food sensations to show you how to prepare healthy and delicious food that supports your well-being this summer. 

Bask in the beautiful surroundings on a sensory walk of life and be amazed by the power oils essential oils for everyday uses, you can experience the power and benefits oils can bring into your every day to enhance your well-being.

And find a piece of inner peace with a guided meditation to wrap up a wonderful morning.

THE HAPPINESS PROJECT

Our most frequent and popular course - The Happiness Project - has now moved online. This course is run every Thursday and takes place over Zoom from 7pm to 8pm. 


The course covers how to be happy in all areas of your life including but not limited to:

  • Meditation
  • Mindset
  • Nutrition
  • Relationships 
  • And Much More......


The class follows the below format every week:


  • Welcome to everybody
  • Health Tip for the week - Here Aislinn gives one of her latest up to date health tips/hacks that will help you to live a healthier life. These tips include the latest data on nutrition, supplements, sleep, movement/exercise and many other topics. 
  • Happiness Tip for the week. Here Aislinn gives a tip on how to be and stay happy and tips here are around mindset, working with what you can control, learning to be more present and many other topics and approaches that she uses to stay happy everyday
  • Story Time. Aislinn moves on to tell a short story. Aislinn loves telling stories that have a meaning or moral to the story where we can learn from other people's experiences. 
  • Guided Meditation/Relaxation. You can sit or lie down while Aislinn guides everyone on a meditation for the remainder of the class. This is perfect for people who are new to meditation.
