At Minister4Happiness we believe in making health and happiness a habit. In order to solidify a habit, you must ease yourself into it and become aware of your body and mind giving you feedback. As individuals, we all have access to an amazing guidance system, ourselves. If your body is in pain or you feel tiredness or discomfort, then your body is telling you something is out of balance. If you feel negative emotions, worrisome thoughts or stress then this is your mind giving you feedback that something is out of balance.
This feedback is not the end. It is not a failure. It is just simply feedback. From there your job is to take the feedback and explore your options to bring back balance.
In our experience, it is the simplest solutions and changes that make the biggest impact. And all it takes is the awareness that something needs to change. Then we move toward new and improved habits that make us feel healthy and happy.
